Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff serves as the CEO’s right hand, managing priorities, communications, and follow-through on key initiatives. They lead cross-functional project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines, and develop and manage the Office of the President’s annual goals, budget, and strategic calendar. This role involves representing the CEO in meetings, acting as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, and facilitating collaboration among the senior leadership team. The Chief of Staff also leads the development of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, coordinates internal communications, and supports CEO communications during crisis response. Furthermore, they partner with the CEO to implement the strategic plan, track compliance-related issues, and oversee contract management. The role ensures compliance with CHN and affiliate policies and regulations, demonstrating a commitment to health equity and accountability to the community.
