Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse software based on customer business requirements, ensuring solution configurations are of high quality, aligned with user stories, and completed in accordance with project timelines. Apply increasingly complex mathematical models to improve customer supply chain performance and achieve business objectives. Update solution documentation and contribute to process improvements for future documentation requirements. Execute the validation and testing of the solution, capture user feedback and consult the Solution Architect or Senior Solution Consultants on best approach to resolve roadblocks. Participate in deployment workshops with customers, guiding and training end users.
