FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our team. You will be on the front lines of informing company strategy through financial analysis and responsible for building up scalable processes to match company growth. This role reports to the Director, FP&A and is fully remote. You will develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and long-range strategic planning. You will drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytical processes, leveraging financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity. You'll collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and financial alignment across the organization. You will also prepare and present monthly variance analysis, trend analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities. Finally, you will ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
