Job Description
STRATEGY & PROGRAM OWNERSHIP:
- Own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy.
- Define the partner marketing roadmap.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director of Partnerships.
MEASUREMENT, INSIGHTS & REPORTING:
- Establish and evolve partner marketing KPIs and success frameworks.
- Develop and own dashboards, and translate data into clear insights.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends.
GO-TO-MARKET & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP:
- Lead the design and execution of scalable, insight-driven partner GTM initiatives.
- Drive strong cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and RevOps.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, project management standards, and accountability.
PARTNER LIFECYCLE & REVENUE GROWTH:
- Partner closely with Partner Account Managers to analyze partner lifecycle performance.
- Identify, size, prioritize, and execute new co-marketing, sponsorship, and ecosystem opportunities.
- Own partner communications strategy and measure impact on engagement.
