Technical Project Manager, Telecom

Responsibilities:

• Shape and manage delivery approach for complex telecom transformation projects, defining workstreams, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, vendors, and project teams to maintain delivery alignment and resolve dependencies.
• Monitor project financials, resource requirements, and capacity planning to ensure commitments are achievable.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in telecom networks or digital infrastructure.
• Experience planning and mobilizing projects where scope was still being developed.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.

What Success Looks Like:

• The project is structured quickly and clearly, even with incomplete requirements.
• Technical designs are translated into realistic delivery plans that engineering teams can execute.
• Risks and dependencies are identified early, actively managed, and communicated transparently.
