You will support their career journey through resume review, interview preparation, and networking strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach core skills in policy analysis, public administration, legislative advocacy, and nonprofit management.
Provide career coaching including salary negotiation and freelancing guidance for independent consulting.
Set your own schedule, rates, and conduct sessions virtually with support from the Leland team.

Ideal Candidate:

Has professional experience in public policy and prior coaching or mentoring experience.
Brings a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex policy and organizational topics.
Is passionate about helping others achieve ambitious goals in a high-energy, AI-native environment.
