This is a contractor position for an experienced nonprofit leadership coach.
Coaches set their own hours and rates, hosting sessions virtually.
Partner with the Leland team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.

Responsibilities:

Teach core skills in nonprofit management, program development, volunteer management, fundraising, and grant writing.
Help students build these capabilities through consistent, practical skill building.
Support the career side of the journey with resume review, interview prep, and salary negotiation.

Qualifications:

Professional experience in nonprofit leadership or management.
Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
A clear, structured approach to breaking down complex organizational and strategic topics.
