Responsibilities:
- Partners with CEOs and Boards to strengthen organizational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
- Provides executive coaching and leadership development to support organizational performance.
- Guides board governance and stakeholder engagement to advance organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
- Significant leadership experience in nonprofit sector, preferably as CEO or COO.
- Expertise in nonprofit finance, organizational development, and board governance.
- Ability to travel up to 70% throughout the Southeast region.
Success Measures:
- Builds strong trusted advisory relationships with CEOs and Board Chairs.
- Increases organizational effectiveness through assessments and improvement plans.
- Drives growth in revenue, membership, and market presence.
