Senior Manager, Executive Office

Key Partnership Management/Coordination:

• Design and implement a Salesforce-based CRM strategy to support CEO relationship management with donors, board members, and key partners.
• Create and manage a moves management pipeline to track high-priority relationships across fundraising, advocacy, and partnership goals.
• Train and support staff on CRM data hygiene standards and input protocols.

Oversight of CEO Administration/Project Management and Coordination:

• Project manage CEO engagements including BBBS agencies and thought leadership convenings to deliver maximum impact.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to align and maximize the CEO's travel schedule, meetings, and deliverables.
• Support presentation and materials management for CEO-led meetings and communications.

People Management:

• Recruit, train, and cultivate professional development of direct reports to build a dynamic, supportive team.
• Manage resources to retain and cultivate positive, measurable success across the BBBSA network.
• Monitor progress against performance targets and implement countermeasures as needed.
