Relationship Management:
- Partner with the Senior Director to cultivate, maintain, and advance relationships with a range of organizations, institutions, and individuals.
- Own a portfolio of donors, prospects, and leads, developing tailored strategies to renew, upgrade, and convert.
- Supervise and develop the Development Coordinator.
Donor Communications:
- Craft personalized, high-impact outreach to prospects and donors in partnership with the CEO and Senior Director.
- Work with GHC's Communications team to develop materials that compellingly articulate GHC's impact.
- Manage quarterly update communications and annual solicitation campaigns.
Board Management:
- Manage logistics for quarterly board meetings, including onboarding and offboarding of Board members.
- Partner with the Senior Director and CEO to implement a robust Board engagement strategy.
Data & Systems:
- Co-lead management of Salesforce donor database, ensuring data hygiene and team adoption.
- Optimize Salesforce to streamline moves management and improve team workflow.
- Develop donor analytics reports that surface actionable insights to drive strategy.
