About BEAM:

Description of the Position:
- Responsible for ensuring data and systems support fundraising goals.
- Strategically translates fundraising needs into Salesforce priorities.
- Queries and analyzes fundraising data to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Salesforce development and improvement.
- Track and analyze key metrics.
- Ensure integrity of the donor database.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience with relational database management.
- At least 2 years of experience querying, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Strong belief in BEAM's mission and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM)
BEAM creates pathways for students from low-income, low-access backgrounds to become scientists, mathematicians, engineers, and computer scientists. They are a year-round, national program, serving 450+ students at six summer program sites and 600+ students in year-round programming.
