Job Description
This role involves local or domestic travel, as our instructor-led training (ILT) will primarily be performed at customer sites across the United States. Ideal candidates will be autonomous problem solvers, capable of building customer trust and gaining continued support for hosted training.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver new hire training for key functions of the business
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to all levels of personnel
Develop learning materials including manuals, tutorials, SOPs, playbooks, assessments and interactive e-learning content
Conduct live and virtual training sessions for internal teams, clients, or third-party vendors
Tailor training delivery based on audience roles
Assess training needs through job analysis and regular consultation with stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust programs as needed
Identify and implement best practices to enhance training effectiveness
Provide post-training support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for technical questions
Keep stakeholders and leadership informed about training initiatives and progress
