As an Off Site Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making and receiving customer calls, analyzing their needs, and providing effective solutions to their inquiries. You will be representing Edgeway and our valued clients, so excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the purpose of their call, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Identify customers' needs and guide them to the appropriate solutions provided by Edgeway or our clients.
- Accurately enter, confirm, and update customer information in our database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to provide exceptional customer service and strive for continuous improvement.
