Associate General Counsel

As Associate General Counsel, you'll be the go-to partner for our product, sales, marketing, and business development teams—providing practical, strategic legal advice and crafting processes that empower us to move quickly while maintaining robust compliance and governance. Some things you’ll do: Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end, advise on product and technology risks, own and evolve privacy and security compliance programs, support corporate governance, drive M&A and corporate development, and build operational legal processes. You're business-oriented, collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You have a passion for privacy and emerging tech and are an operational thinker and a strong communicator. You embrace ownership and proactive problem-solving.
