New Accounts Payable Processor Associate

About the Role:

• This role reports to the Accounts Payable Team Lead and is responsible for accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.
• You will serve as the first point of contact for invoice-related inquiries and work closely with the AP Reconciliation team.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, enter them in the ERP, and support on-time vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and organize invoices and credits weekly to ensure timely processing.
• Accurately verify and approve invoices before payment, ensuring correct pricing and company policy compliance.
• Communicate invoicing discrepancies to internal departments and vendors for resolution.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting or Business, or international equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar financial operations.
• Proficient data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
