Low-Code Automation Engineer

As a Low-Code Automation Engineer at Ruby Labs, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and innovation within Finance processes. You will leverage advanced low-code platforms and visual development tools to design and implement automation solutions that streamline finance workflows, reduce manual involvement in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inter-company transaction reconciliation, and accelerate month-end processes. Your mandate is to convert complex finance team needs into scalable, automated systems that enhance efficiency and finance operational excellence. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining automation workflows using platforms like N8N, Make, or Zapier; streamlining corporate card payment processing and Sage Intacct integration; establishing a standardized month-end close process; analyzing finance operations to identify inefficiencies; and partnering with Finance and operations teams to align automation initiatives.
