Responsibilities:
- Submit, track, and manage authorizations/reauthorizations/referrals.
- Update Athena with authorization information.
- Ensure workflow alignment with referral/authorization processes.
Qualifications:
- 2 – 5+ years in healthcare operations, care management ops, or clinical admin roles.
- Hands-on experience with authorizations, reauthorizations, and referrals in Medicaid/Medi-Cal, and value-based care or managed care environments.
- Proficiency in maintaining logs, dashboards, trackers, and other data metrics, including EHR systems.
