Manage talents of the entire Code team in order to achieve best possible results for the project while promoting personal growth of team members. Collaborate and advocate for the Code team throughout PCF. The candidate should have 12+ years experience working in console/PC games including prior experience in any leadership capacity and should have been involved in the full production cycle of at least 2 titles.

This is a technically hands-on role that requires deep engagement with code, architecture, build infrastructure, and problem-solving. Lead the development of the game tools and systems to expand product and game capabilities. Manage internal and external technology dependencies, create mitigation plans for critical path technologies. Ensure the stability, performance, budgets, and scalability of game systems, define and enforce metrics throughout the development. Stay updated on relevant technological developments, communicate and share with the team. Uphold high coding standards, ensure that code is cross-platform, reusable, and maintainable.
