Assist in impactful customer deployments, gather user feedback, and communicate insights to the engineering team. Play a key part in process improvement initiatives, manage JIRA updates, and support international engagements as needed. Develop strong cross-collaboration relationships within the Product, Engineering and Programs teams to ensure smooth deployment execution.
