Program Manager

Lead and coordinate the rollout of our next-generation fare payments app to over 60 transit agencies over the next 12 months, helping ensure a smooth, timely, and well-organised delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, put supportive governance frameworks in place, and ensure open, consistent communication throughout the migration process. Responsibilities include developing a master program plan, aligning internal resources, coordinating delivery across multiple teams, facilitating prioritisation, establishing governance structures, and managing risks.
