Head of Engineering (L6)

Define overall technical vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives. Accomplish high-level outcomes and lead quarterly reviews and OKR planning. Build and lead a high-performing team. Oversee all software and operational components and develop long-term technical roadmaps and milestones. Establish delivery standards and working processes for all engineering functions. Align and maintain service-level objectives, compliance and business continuity plans for all systems. Identify technical risks, develop mitigation plans and address challenges. Lead managers to develop management skills, feedback and progression frameworks and implement programs for upskilling and career progression. Coordinate engineering structure based on feedback and synergy with other teams. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies and their impact on the company technical roadmap. Represent the company in technical forums and industry events to establish the company’s competencies in tech.
