Job Description

This role involves facilitating live webinars and in-person trainings, updating training materials, creating facilitator guides, and organizing training inquiries. The Public Training Manager will also track training metrics, strategize for new opportunities, and collaborate with the Communications team. They will support the Public Training team’s operational needs, including coordinating team travel and managing the Education@ email inbox. Travel is required for live in-person facilitation, including possible international travel contingent on safety protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ethical business practices, continuous learning, and successful planning skills. They should also have strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering belonging. Minimum qualifications include 2+ years of training facilitation experience and proficiency in curriculum design and public speaking.
