Analyst

As an Analyst you will be a part of a team that is responsible for evaluating and analyzing program performance data, research and development of program policy and processes, and review and update of policy implementation in regional and field offices. Shall have experience gathering requirements to address business needs, facilitating the branding and design   of SharePoint intranets, creating/maintaining custom, data-rich content that is organized for efficiency and record keeping, writing technical guidance/standard operating procedures, and providing end user training. Use site analytics information to determine end user engagement levels and propose improvements that will optimize target audience interest and accessibility.
