Accounting and Payroll Specialist

Position Overview:

• The Accounting & Payroll Specialist supports financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and payroll processes.
• This role collaborates with HR, Operations, and Leadership to maintain reliable financial data.

Key Areas of Ownership:

• Manage the customer invoicing process, processing accounts payable, and overseeing payroll execution.
• Support month-end and year-end close with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audit preparation.

Qualifications:

• 2 or 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance with GAAP understanding preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and interest in professional growth.
