About the role:
- You will take technical ownership of our content and design factory, from tooling to automation and agent orchestration.
- You'll design AI-assisted workflows and interfaces that let a small team produce at scale.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain modular automation pipelines, database interfaces, and integrations across our stack.
- Work with leadership on architectural decisions and infrastructure direction.
What we're looking for:
- Strong technical background in databases, API integrations, RAG/vector databases, and production code.
- Fluency with AI development tools and a commercial mindset to prioritize what moves the needle.
