Staff Full-Stack Engineer, Experience Team

Team & Role:

• This role is part of our Experience Team, transforming how enterprise knowledge is created with AI.
• You will design and build the engineering infrastructure that makes agentic content creation possible at scale.

What you get to do in this role:

• Architect and build automation pipelines that replace high-volume, repeatable content tasks.
• Design and develop LLM-powered tooling for agentic content creation workflows.
• Build integrations across ServiceNow's content platforms, knowledge management systems, and AI services.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language and passion for JavaScript.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
