Deliver virtual patient care in alignment with Oshi's evidence-based care model.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement coordinated care plans.
Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR.

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a CRNP or APRN with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in gastroenterology in an outpatient setting.
Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary providers.
