From scheduling interviews to screening candidates and optimizing recruiting workflows, you’ll be an essential part of a fast-moving, high-impact talent team. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the world of recruitment. Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments and time zones. Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video) for fit and communication. Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) updated and organized. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency. Ensure every candidate has a positive, timely experience.
