Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs both qualitatively and quantitatively to inform the product roadmap.
- Set the product roadmap in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Experiment with product features and go-to-market strategies, analyzing data to adjust plans.
- Collaborate across the organization to drive the best holistic experience for customers.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably on B2B products.
- Clear written communication skills and experience in a documentation-heavy culture.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to drive product decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with design, engineering, and various stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and hustle in previous roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest or passion for electrification and climate tech initiatives.
- Familiarity with or interest in building construction and the physical world.
- Experience working with products in their relatively early stages of development.
