Finance Manager - Finance Operations

This role will directly support the Finance Operations - Business Operations team by supporting and outlining processes that require complex data analysis, cross functional collaboration and process implementation. This individual will play a key role in driving forward large-scale systems and operations projects that involve multiple departments and teams, focusing on designing and delivering a favorable outcome for all parties involved. This role will also work closely with KPI/Data team to leverage existing data infrastructure to inform design decisions and process implementations across the business. In this role, you will: Play a critical role on the Finance Ops Business Operations team by compiling and reporting on high-visibility business KPI’s that are shared throughout the business. Develop framework and tool for analyzing customer invoices, credits, payments and refunds to get a clear picture of outstanding net credit/debit balance owed. Leverage customer billing tool to forecast and analyze deferred revenue at a corporate level. Analyze large scale data in Tableau and Databricks to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy. Assist KPI/Data team in building out new data insights and pipelines to drive actionable business actions focused on high ROI initiatives. Serve as a key point of contact for key project design decisions and operational processes.
