DevOps Lead (FedRAMP)

About the Role:

• Own Orca’s FedRAMP environment end-to-end, from infrastructure to authorization.
• Set technical direction and implement it yourself while building a small US-based team.
• Treat FedRAMP 20x as an automation problem and design the solution.

What You'll Do:

• Build and operate the federal environment across AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP.
• Write infrastructure code, set standards, and automate compliance as a byproduct.
• Own production health, monitoring, incident response, and the FedRAMP program.

Who You Are:

• Hands-on engineer with 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes production experience, plus Terraform and Python automation.
• Fluency in NIST 800-53 and experience inside a FedRAMP authorized system.
