Regional Controller, US Operations

Regional Financial Leadership:

• Act as the primary point of contact between central finance and local operations, providing financial insight to senior stakeholders.
• Serve as the connective point between Group Accounting, Tax, Finance Operations, and in-region stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.

Reporting, Close, and Compliance:

• Own the month-end close in partnership with central accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting across regional entities.
• Manage local statutory reporting and compliance, including GAAP, tax, VAT/sales tax, and regulatory filings, supporting alignment with group standards.

Controls, Audit, and Accounting Integrity:

• Oversee general ledger integrity, balance sheet reconciliations, and key financial controls to maintain strong governance.
• Coordinate external and local statutory audits, acting as the main point of contact and continuously strengthening controls as the business scales.

Business Partnership and Process Improvement:

• Partner with operational teams to translate business activity into accurate financial treatment, such as leases and revenue recognition.
• Support regional budgeting and forecasting, identify gaps between local realities and group processes, and improve processes for scalability.
