The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs for dedicated team members (DTMs). This role focuses on creating engaging and effective training content that equips team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles serving our partners in the vacation rental and property management industry. Key responsibilities include designing and developing training curriculum, creating multimedia training content, and managing the Google Classroom learning management system. The coordinator will also collaborate with subject matter experts, develop industry-specific training modules, and track training effectiveness. This position supports onboarding specialists and the HR team with training-related activities and stays current with industry trends. The role also involves managing engagement activities for dedicated team members and collaborating with all HR departments to foster high satisfaction and retention.
