Partner Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: Strategic caterer management: You will identify and develop our key caterers and make them central drivers of success for heycater! Onboarding responsibility: You ensure a smooth start for new caterers – from qualification to activation. Consulting & Development: You advise our partners strategically and develop their performance on our platform together with them. You work closely with our Account Management and the Sales Operations team to optimally combine customer needs with our portfolio. As an ideal candidate, you not only bring your enthusiasm for good food, but also meet the following requirements: You have experience in partner management, ideally in the catering, food or platform environment. You have strong communication skills, assertiveness and a professional appearance. You think strategically and recognize potential, both at partner and company level. You work independently, in a structured manner and do not lose track even with parallel projects.
