What You'll Do:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Clasp Student Finance, co-leading execution alongside the Director of Engineering.
- Build a repeatable way to onboard and integrate schools, including loan certification and connection to student information systems.
- Decide where to make product bets across student application experience, university asks, and platform modernization.
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years in product management with hands-on work, from executive strategy to sprint planning.
- Experience managing direct reports, building a team, and coaching PMs.
- Deep understanding of student loan mechanics, financial aid packaging, and compliance partnership.
