What You'll Do:
- Refine the strategic vision for the digital acquisition and loan servicing experience across all Achieve Lending products.
- Lead high-leverage execution as a player/coach, stepping into engineering, data, and product squads during complex delivery challenges.
- Optimize funnel metrics and personalize consumer engagement through omnichannel tools, including AI integrations.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of product management experience with 3–5 years in product leadership, plus deep fintech and lending domain expertise.
- Strong technical acumen to review API documentation, participate in architecture discussions, and write detailed specifications.
- Proven success with product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization, along with knowledge of lending compliance.
