IT Business Analyst

Position Summary:

• As an IT Business Analyst at Daktronics, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution.
• You will partner with stakeholders to understand their work, challenges, and needs, then help deliver and maintain digital solutions.
• This role requires strong communication skills and a systems-thinking mindset to drive process improvement.

What would I do?:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future state processes, highlighting improvements.
• Convert data into organized formats and articulate robust functional requirements.
• Decompose requirements into user stories with Gherkin-style acceptance criteria and act as a responsive cross-functional team member.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in process flow, root cause analysis, and understanding of databases and reporting tools.
• Participation in Agile/Scrum reviews and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
