Job Summary:
- Work closely with corporate personnel and program managers to strategize business improvements.
- Develop cost-benefit analysis recommendations and support implementation of changes.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business managers to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and gap analysis to resolve inefficiencies.
- Monitor tasks and project timelines, and communicate performance to executives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of business analyst or related experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
Work Environment:
- Remote with flexible schedule supporting 24/7/365 operations.
- Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.
- Travel up to 20% and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
