Student Data Specialist

The Student Data Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of student admissions data. This role supports the Admissions team by managing and maintaining data integrity within our systems, assisting with reporting and dashboards, and contributing to the development of improved processes, automations and documentation. The specialist will work closely with key stakeholders to support the admissions lifecycle and drive data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities include processing admissions data and CRM updates, managing updates from partner systems, and applying data cleansing activities. They will create and maintain study trackers, support dashboard creation and maintenance, and produce reports that monitor admissions metrics and advisor performance. The Student Data Specialist will also contribute to process improvements through data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.
