Member of Financial Institutions, Atlas Settlement United States GTM

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth business within a crypto-native company, serving some of the largest, most complex traditional financial institutions as they enter the digital asset space and develop products for themselves and their customers. You will be a critical team member, supporting the department and business line leads as they engage with clients, refine the strategic direction of the business, and collaborate with partners across Anchorage. The role requires direct work experience (5+ years) in traditional financial services businesses, including proprietary trading firms, investment banks, asset managers, exchanges, or lenders, with a preference for at least two years of experience in a digital asset-related role. The candidate should have working knowledge of the risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations related to the FIG business and target client base. Entry-level coding proficiency (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) is expected, along with strong research, analytical, writing, presentation, and public communication skills.
