Key Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in GRC technology, workflow automation, or service request management.
- Hands-on configuration of ServiceNow and/or Archer for intake, workflows, and approvals.
- Experience integrating multiple request channels (portals, email, APIs) into a centralized workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and continuously improve the centralized GRC request intake platform.
- Support AI-enabled request classification and resolution.
- Develop dashboards and service metrics for operational performance.
Automation and Integration:
- Configure automated triaging, prioritization, and SLA tracking.
- Integrate AI capabilities to automate routing and resolution of eligible requests.
- Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for straight-through processing.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Coordinate escalation to Risk, Compliance, and TPRM specialists.
- Maintain dashboards and management reports for request volumes and turnaround times.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to align automation with governance requirements.
