Job Description

The Events & Community Manager will be responsible for:

  • Owning the event portfolio and running a mix of event formats.
  • Designing unforgettable experiences with attention to detail, ensuring events are memorable and buzzworthy.
  • Building a year-long narrative, connecting each event to create a bigger story about GoodTime.

The Events & Community Manager will be:

  • Driving attendance and engagement by partnering with various teams.
  • Being present in the broader TA ecosystem, actively participating in communities and forums.
  • Managing and growing GoodTime's community, curating programming and nurturing champions.

The Events & Community Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working with partners and talent, sourcing speakers and vendors.
  • Measuring performance of events and community, sharing insights, and refining the playbook.
  • Reporting and learning from event and community metrics to improve future programs.
