New Site Reliability Engineer ll

What you’ll do:

• Maintain production uptime of AWS-hosted MERN applications and backend systems.
• Manage serverless functions and PySpark data pipelines, triaging incidents and automating toil.
• Lead blameless post-mortems and ensure HIPAA compliance across all environments.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms with deep AWS expertise.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Terraform for automation and infrastructure.
• Experience with HIPAA-regulated environments and data pipeline operations.
