Senior Recruiter

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Senior Recruiter to support our corporate team. In this role, you will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of cleared Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community roles within Cybersecurity, Program Management, and IT Services. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates. As the primary point of contact for candidates, you will recruit for multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, manage candidates through the hiring process, and ensure a smooth interview and offer experience. You will also maintain accurate applicant data in Greenhouse ATS and other recruitment tracking tools.
