About the Role:
- Builds a compiler that turns clinical standards into verified decision logic.
- Combines frontier model research with production engineering.
What You'll Do:
- Build pipelines parsing clinical documents into validated modules.
- Run experiments with open/closed models, fine-tuning, and constrained decoding.
- Work with clinicians to evaluate outputs and improve systems.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years research/industry experience or PhD.
- Production Python, PyTorch, Transformers, and LLM evaluation skills.
- Healthcare or compiler/formal methods experience is valuable.
