What You'll Do:

Build and improve pipelines for clinical document parsing and guideline transformation.
Evaluate models, fine-tuning strategies, and constrained decoding for clinical correctness.
Develop deterministic validators and benchmarks using static analysis or formal methods.

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of research/industry experience or final-year PhD/postdoc.
Production-level Python, PyTorch, and Transformers skills with LLM evaluation experience.
Experience with compilers, formal methods, or regulated domains is valuable.
