Research Engineer

The Role:

• Build a production compiler that turns clinical standards into verified, traceable decision artifacts.
• Work with clinicians and technical leadership on validation and system design.

What You'll Do:

• Parse clinical standards into executable modules using document and layout models.
• Run experiments on open/closed LLMs, fine-tuning, and constrained decoding, then build deterministic validators.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of research/industry experience or final-year PhD/postdoc; production Python, PyTorch, Transformers.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, formal methods, or safety-critical domains; authorized to work remotely in US/Canada.
