As the face of Disruptive Advertising (DA), Account Managers continuously build impactful relationships with clients and increase revenue growth for all of DA. The Senior Account Manager understands whatβs most important to their clients - their goals, their needs & their wants. They maintain steady and frequent client communication to report on data, analytics and determine ongoing strategies. Always taking the initiative and leading the conversation, they conduct regular internal meetings that address marketing strategy, assigning accountability, resolving internal concerns while always maintaining standards and deliverables. The role sits on the B2C: Local team, and supports B2C Local clients, specifically within the home services industry, including HVAC, roofing, restoration, etc. Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact with both the client and internal team members, owning the marketing strategy and testing for Disruptive Advertising (DA) channels, providing recommendations to clients for non-DA channels based on performance and findings, and continuously communicating value to the clients and growing client accounts through upselling/cross-selling opportunities and in-platform growth.
