As the Engineering Manager, you will report to the Engineering Director and manage multiple teams and initiatives. Your focus will be on supporting the organization of the entire area, including staffing, process development, and facilitating the creation of a robust AI/ML platform, and fostering the professional development of your team members. The role requires a strong product mindset and the ability to iterate fast.
