Senior/Lead Product Manager – Healthcare Vertical

Own the strategy and roadmap for the Healthcare vertical, defining how Firstup delivers unique value across healthcare systems. Serve as the voice of the healthcare worker, developing a deep understanding of deskless, shift-based workforces and the operational realities of hospitals, clinics, and care teams. Champion the mobile experience —ensuring the Firstup platform empowers frontline and clinical employees to stay connected, informed, and engaged wherever they are. Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement for healthcare audiences. Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap priorities and advocate for features that support healthcare-specific workflows and compliance requirements. Gather and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to inform positioning, pricing, and product direction.
